Eastsider Gin

On the palate, Eastsider Gin reveals its well-balanced and harmonious character. The juniper takes center stage, delivering a pronounced and classic gin flavor. The brightness of the citrus becomes more prominent, contributing a refreshing burst of lemon. As the flavors develop, you'll notice the presence of angelica root, which adds depth and a gentle earthiness to the overall profile. The finish is floral notes of chamomile and elderflower.

Eastsider Gin delicately balances 12 botanicals to create a subtle, smooth and easy-to-drink spirit that mixes perfectly into classic gin cocktails.

Westsider Gin

Westsider is an LA-inspired spirit. It features botanicals found in gardens on the westside of LA. This gin features jasmine, pink peppercorns, and local rosemary and citrus.  We work hard to source as many ingredients locally or from farmers markets.

The nose of Westsider Gin captivates with a delightful and aromatic blend of botanicals. The dominant aroma is that of juniper, delivering a bold and resinous scent. The rosemary makes its presence known, providing a herbaceous and slightly woody note. Subtle hints of jasmine and citrus add a touch of brightness and floral elegance to the overall aroma.

On the palate, Westsider Gin offers a well-balanced and complex flavor profile. The juniper takes the lead, providing a solid foundation of traditional gin character. The rosemary comes forward with its distinct and aromatic presence, adding depth and a savory quality to the gin. The pink peppercorns contribute a gentle spiciness that enhances the overall experience. The citrus notes, derived from local sources, brighten the spirit and provide a refreshing twist.

Prickly Pear Amaro

Amaro is an Italian word for bitter, but our Amaro is a much more complex spirit than just bitter. Our Amaro features Prickly Pear, which can be found growing all over Southern California. Prickly Pear fruit gives a light, fruity, sweetness. That gives way to the Gentian root bitterness from which the spirit's name is derived. To round out the amaro, we carefully selected a blend of savory botanicals to compliment the spirits bitter sweetness.

On the palate, your Prickly Pear Amaro offers a harmonious and intriguing flavor profile. The prickly pear takes center stage, imparting its unique flavor with a delicate balance of sweetness. As the taste evolves, savory and bitter notes come into play, adding complexity and depth to the overall profile. These bitter and herbal flavors are thoughtfully layered, creating a well-rounded and enjoyable drinking experience.

Limoncello

Dead of Night’s Limoncello is a Southern California take on an Italian classic. We start with the freshest lemons grown in California and picked at the peak of ripeness. Then we sweeten it with cane sugar and locally produced honey. Finally, we finish it off with a slight infusion of lavender for a delicate floral note.

Our Limoncello reveals a harmonious blend of flavors. The prominent lemon flavor provides a tangy and refreshing burst that awakens the senses. The sweetness of the honey delicately balances the tartness of the lemon, imparting a smooth and luscious mouthfeel. The lavender adds a gentle floral note, contributing a hint of herbal sophistication to the overall profile.

*It is perfect on its own as a chilled after dinner digestif but it is also great in so many cocktails!

Aquavit

The name Aquavit is derived from the latin aqua vitae, meaning water of life. Aquavit is a traditional Scandinavian liquor. Its production is similar to gin, but instead of juniper as the dominant flavor, caraway is featured.

On the palate, Dead of Night Distillery Aquavit reveals a flavorful and unique profile. The caraway takes the center stage, delivering a rich and distinctive flavor that is characteristic of traditional aquavits. The dill shines through, offering a delicate and herbaceous quality that complements the caraway. The combination of these botanicals creates a more caraway and dill forward expression, deviating from the typical anise or fennel dominance found in other aquavits.

It is best served slightly chilled or in a cocktail as an interesting replacement for gin.
